I would highly recomend this hotel Mayflower New Wing to all my family and friends. Their service is comparable to 5 Star hotel. Their staff is helpful and always put on a smiling face. I am thankful and appericiate for letting us check in early and also get us connecting room for our family trip. 😊👍 BTW this is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. This time we booked 5rooms for family trip. Enjoy our stay. Even by night time we went to reception counter request for extra toilet rolls and laundry bag, the receptionist put on a smiling face and said Yes no problem. We'll get it for u. I feel so at home.
"Good location,value for money hotel”
The hotel is located around the corner from Lee Garden Hotel.It is situated near shopping area and within walking distance to the happening places in Hatyai town.There is also a small morning market down the road.The rooms are decently furnished and clean.However I was given a room opposite the rest area of the housekeeping staff.I noticed the housekeeping staff did not have a proper rest room and they were hanging around the fire exit .They were quite noisy in the afternoon as my room was directly opposite them.Maybe the management should look into providing their workers proper rest area.The hotel also did not have a proper lounge area.There were only a low backed sofa,5 square ,low cushions which elderly people would have problem sitting on,4 wooden stools and 4 dining chairs.As it was peak season during CNY,there was insufficient seats for everyone.Breakfast was at dining area adjacent to lounge. Simple menu and sufficient,good.I wish they would have more rooms for online booking.

it was my first time in hatyai with some friends, and was recommended to stay at the Mayflower. i'm pretty pleased with the room. clean, spacious, powerful shower. especially liked the window that can be opened to circulate the air. everything is walkable from the hotel; bars, restaurants. didn't do much research of hatyai before coming, so little so comment about. nonetheless, great hotel to stay at.
