Turtle Islands National Park

Turtle Islands National Park (Taman Negara Pulau Penyu) is located 40 km north of Sandakan in Sabah, Malaysia, Borneo island. As the name suggests, this place is famous for its islands. However, the name Turtle Islands can be a bit misleading as there are actually 10 Turtle Islands – only 3 of them belong to the Turtle Islands National Park of Malaysia and the remainder belongs to the Municipality of Turtle Islands, Tawi-Tawi, the Philippines.
