" Fanciest toilet ever "
Beautiful hotel, right next to a ton of shopping. Great view of the Canton tower. We had a stunning corner room on the 23rd floor -- absolutely stunning. The toilet was fully electronic -- from motion-sensing automatic lid and sanitizer, to different angled sprays (you could change pressure and position), to a heated seat and a heated blow dry. I don't travel in Asia much so I don't know if this is common, but it blew our minds. The separate bath tub (complete with pillow, bath salts, and rubber ducky) was right but a floor-to-ceiling window looking out over the Pearl River. Oh, and the window shades and curtains are all button-controlled, as are all the lights, and even the "do not disturb" sign. Truly a brand-new, top-of-the-line hotel. Service was very kind. One thing I'll say is that the Sense restaurant a la carte menu was overpriced for the quality of the food we got. There is a TON of food in the mall food courts nearby -- try that instead. Cheaper and better.
" A very comfortable hotel "
Right smack drab in the middle of the city. This hotel has a direct access to the IGC mall which is very convenient for anyone staying in this hotel. whether you want to buy snacks or need to have a hot meal at the food court or grab some coffee at a nearby Starbucks, everything is within reach. Flower Square is a short walk from the hotel with nice views along the road. The hotel has everything in it specially the rooms with all the amenities. Free bottled water is delivered almost on an infinite basis. Wifi is strong and fast. Bed is very comfortable worthy of a Five Star hotel. Everything is working fine and within your control including the aircon. The staff, I mean all of them, are way beyond kind. They help us with everything including getting taxis and making sure they use the meter so as we wouldn't be ripped off. 90% of the staff speaks good english. They even provide Bus Shuttles for those going to the Canton Fair complete with snacks, drinks, and towels.
" Nice hotel with good service, but BFT can be better "
it was really nice experience for staying there, they have provided 100 movies for you to choose, even though the local channel is not your cup of tea, u still have a lots of choose. all of the facilities are new and great. however, for the breakfast buffet, i think can have more improvement, most of the hot dishes are cold, only live cooking stations and dim sum are hot. i think if i can enjoy the hot dishes which are really "hot", i will be more satisfied.
