"Exceptional”
We stayed here a few days earlier, the night before our trip to Ha Long Bay , and because we were so pleased with our previous stay we decided to spend an additional three nights at Lotte when we got back to Hanoi. The staff at this hotel makes you feel so welcome, and they are genuinely pleased to take care of you. I’ve traveled all over and I can honestly say this is definitely among the top three of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. The room we picked was huge, very modern style, even the bathroom was really modern. I really hated to leave after the third night of staying here. As we were checking out one of the other guest had either passed out or was having some type of medical issue and one of the female employees saw him at the same time I did and she rushed to get a first aid kit to help him. Within seconds there were two or three employees helping him. I was impressed to see how fast they react to him. If you are looking for a great stay in Hanoi this is the place, conveniently attached to a 5 or 6 story shopping mall, grocery store, and restaurants. We barely left the hotel is was so relaxing.

My experience with Lotte Hotel Hanoi has been nothing short of perfect ever since I made the decision to book a room. Everyone at the hotel seems to go out of their way to make your special occasion even better. As soon as I got to the hotel I was blown away by the view. It's one thing to imagine it but it's another thing altogether to get, what is perhaps, the best view in Hanoi from what might be the most luxurious hotel in Hanoi. The service is absolutely impeccable from everyone in the hotel but I do need to specially point out Ms. Ngan, Mr. Dat Tan Nguyen and every one of the Reservation Sales Agents I talked to for doing an exceptional job. They go out of their way to ensure you have the best time possible.
"Cosy City life Stay at Lotte Hotel ”
When we checked into Lotte Hotel, it was a feeling we were back to urban lifestyle again. The Lotte department store was just beside hotel which made it just perfect for us. After my wonderful Halong Bay cruise, adventurous SkyTree top stay and challenging shopping at Old Quarter. I just wish to have 2 good nights sleep in a 5-star hotel on my last lap tour at Hanoi. Yes and it worked out as per plan. Lotte Hotel is very pricey. People asked me ‘how much?’ and i avoided the answer. 1 night stay without breakfast = (equal to) 3 night stays at any 3 stars Old Quarter hotel. If you are going for the comfy, classy & clean stay in Hanoi, willing to pay! Perhaps you want to consider Lotte Hotel too! Not forgetting that we were put to room at 56th floor, we could clearly see the whole amazing view of Hanoi city. Btw please use Grab App to hire grab taxi/car in Hanoi. The average price is average 50K Dong from Lotte to Old Quarter. From Lotte to B53 Victory museum only 23K Dong. Grab is so convenient and waiting time is less than 5 min. You save many dongs to buy more souvenirs really! Would highly recommend this hotel!
