Pavilion is located in the heart of the historical center of Phnom Penh, just a few steps from the Royal Palace and facing Wat Botum, the Royal Pagoda. It boasts unique heritage villas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and four private plunge pools, all setup in a lush compound protected by high walls, preserving its intimacy.

Pavilion has two poolside bar-restaurants, spa, gym, souvenir shop, free unique bamboo bicycles, 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. All rooms feature air conditioning, cable TV, safety box, telephone, hair dryer, sound system, and mini bar. All 36 rooms are unique and different, one room vary from the other rooms. The Double Rooms are on the ground floor and have a limited view.

The Reception Villa was built by Queen Kossamak, King Sihanouk's mother, in the mid-20s. Living here brought her closer to the Royal Pagoda, where she often liked to pray. The architecture is an original combination of Khmer and French colonial styles. With an ideal location and facilities to match, Pavilion hits the spot in many ways.

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at”

An atmospheric elegant hotel consisting of a cluster of old former private residences near the palace. The hotel is very well managed and stands out for the cozy architecture and landscaping which gives it a very refreshing and peaceful "oasis in the city" kind of vibe. It even has not one but two pools which somehow works very well despite the relatively small footprint of the property. Pavilion served us particularly well as we decided to spend most of the time in the hotel relaxing since Phnom Penh itself does not really have a lot to offer. I usually find something to complain about but everything here lived up to my expectations, and with that considered it's a very reasonable price. I would love to try some more of Maads' properties across Cambodia. Okay fine - one complaint: the spa is almost always fully booked well in advance. Would love if they could hire additional staff to accommodate appointments on less than 24 hours notice.

"Special ”

This is a really special hotel . A true oasis in the heart of town All the sightseeing attractions are but a short Tuk Tuk journey away. The hotel was built in the 1920s and still has that old world vibe. The wonderful young staff are so friendly and cheerful from the management to the cleaning staff could not fault it at all. We ate in the hotel nearly the whole time as the food was delicious and good value., and frankly the beautiful setting of the restraunt in a pavilion by the pool was hard to leave, especially after a cocktail hour of four to six! Two cocktails for the price of one! Mature exotic gardens surrounding the hotel . Large stone buddha, koi carp and terrapins in the pond . There's even a tiny hedgehog house with white hedgehogs that come out in the evening! All make for a magical and memorablel stay in Phnom Penh.

"An oasis in the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh”

The Pavilion is a hotel in the center of Phnom Penh in walking distance to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. There are 4 colonial style buildings that formarly have been private homes - one of them to the Queen of Cambodia. There are 2 swimming pools in two courtyards: one in the sunshine and one in the shadow of palm trees. They can be used 24 hours a day and I just loved to swim at midnight when it feels like swimming in your private pool in your private gardens. The staff at The Pavilion is very friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is tasty and the breakfast is awesome. You can order what ever is on the menue as often as you like. I stayed in room 21 - a small house in its own garden. This was a very special experience because this bungalow has almost no walls but big windows from the ceiling to the floor, which gives you the impression of living outside - with the advantage of a well functioning AC of course. I loved it and I can highly recommend it.
