This DoubleTree hotel is located next to Cikini train station, in the area with the embassies and high end private homes next to Plaza Indonesia. It means, although you are in a more quite area, Plaza Indonesia is only a 12 min taxi drive away. And the traffic in this area is not so dense, quite good. The hotel is rather new, the facilities are very well maintained. I like it. Very good DoubleTree standard for a fair price. Breakfast and food are good too. The pool is very very big and the stuff is always very attentive, friendly. One can see, the hotel management is doing a good job there. Congrats!

This hotel was far better than expected. It doesn't have the grandeur of a Grand Hyatt or W, but for the price it's a great option. The room was large, brand new, and comfortable, with a lovely, modern shower and bathroom. Unfortunately the Indigo bar was closed for a wedding, but this, the pool and the in-house restaurant(s) also looked very good quality. I don't often say this, but if I went back to Jakarta, I would stay here again without thinking twice.

The stay was great! That was exactly what I wished to get by staying at a Hilton hotel. I was welcomed by the signature cookie of Doubletree that was heavenly delicious. The bed, as usual coming from Serta’s bed, was super comfortable. The air con was cold but I was “hugged” by the blanket that kept me warm all the time. The breakfast at OPEN Restaurant was full of choices, from American, Asian, to Indonesian style breakfast. And the service was lovely, the staffs were very attentive and proactive towards the guests. All in all, my stay at Doubletree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro was splendid and I can't wait to go back there again!
