"Everything was GREAT”
We booked our rooms via Agoda and at the time Agoda had "cheapest choice-Mix&Save". So that's why we had 2 different rooms this time. Bhava residence is one of the best clean budget hotel for us with simple but nice decorations. The hotel gave us 3 choices of menu for breakfast (French Toast, Omelette, and Porridge) with free flow from different kind of fruit juice, coffee, tea and milo. This is the first time that the actual breakfast look exactly like the picture and taste good. We had omelette for the first 2 days and french toast for the last day. Don't judge by the portion, because you'll be full until noon. But I really hope for next time they will have more choices for breakfast. Two Ladies in front office were very nice and friendly. They even played with our son . Location wise is good. If you have your own vehicle, then more convenient. Otherwise you need to walk for about 300m from the main road or you can use Grab. Makro supermarket is just 3 blocks away (hotel is Soi 24, and Makro is Soi 27). Central festival (the biggest mall in Hatyai) is just opposite the hotel and also Asean Night Bazaar . This was our second time in Hatyai and we've been staying in 3 different hotels so far. But we are very sure and positive that we will choose to stay in Bhava Residence again next year.

Brand new hotel! Excellent service from the staff. I would say the best hotel I have ever stayed in Hatyai. Its opposite Central Festival Mall. Security guard very helpful and alert us when our car is not locked properly. I would definitely stay in Bhava Residence whenever I go to Hatyai. Breakfast set is so delicious 😋
"Just Opposite Central Festival Hatyai”
The sound proof is very weak, you can choose to stay here if you are don't mind to awake on early in the morning. The houskeeping & children 's screaming + running at the corridor are very annoying on every morning about 8am. Free parking lot is provided. Walking distance to Central Festival Hatyai. Some improvement needed on water heater, the water is too weak / slow. Daily breakfast is very good,this point will make me as a return guest for future stay. The bed is very hard, but still acceptable. Overall, I am satisfied with my choice to stay at Bhava Residence for 2 nights with reasonable price.
