Benikea I Jin Hotel really created a good experience for us during this Jeju trip. The hotel receptionists are all very nice and warm! They provide really useful information including delicious restaurants, bus station, shopping mall, travel course and so on which did really help a lot! The service was really GOOD and touched us. The Obba called the taxi for us, held the umbrella for us, helped us put the luggage on the taxi in that rainy day when we left Jeju...The room was everyday well cleaned and comfortable to live in. Chinese language is also available here. Location is really good, near the Jeju airport and easy to go the Jeju bus terminal also. Really recommend it! 친절하고 따뜻한 서비스! 특히 그 중국인 언니와 현준호라는 그 분이 정말 우리를 많이 도와주셨어요! 큰 감동 받았어요! 물론 돈을 내서 받은 서비스이지만 정말 이 호텔의 "Jin真(real)" "진심"을 느껴졌어요! 강추!
"Great experience with Benikea I Jin ”
The location is strategic, just about 5 minutes walk to the Dohogong Bus station; can easily find foods nearby; the room is clean and spacious, hotel even provide beer as welcome drinks; the staffs are friendly. We met one morning duty staff who can speak Chinese and she is so kind to provide us information on how to get to the bus to the locations we wanted to visit, and even recommend us to visit Jeju International University where the Sakura are blooming and that’s the point where we got to see the prettiest Sakura view in jeju. If there is another chance to Jeju again, will definitely stay at Benikea I Jin!

This place is awesome! I wish my stay to Jeju-do was longer just to enjoy this hotel more. Delicious Breakfast; hot and fresh plus the attached pastry shop was made the morning time something to look forward to. Hot showers in spacious rooms. Wanting to go on self guided tours, the staff give us full training on how to use the bus system, along with maps of some of the best spots to visit during our stay. Upon our departure, they already had a taxi standing by ready to take us to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel for visits to Jeju.
