"lovely hotel with great location”

great location, cozy hotel room

I stayed at Rydges Melb hotel for 3 nights & it was beyond my expectation. The location was great, close to all the cafes and shops. The hotel room was clean. The service was very friendly too. Definitely will stay there again next time When I'm in Melbourne.

We stayed for 2 nights in melbourne at the rydges and was happy with the hotel, it was close to most tourist spots eg museum, old Melbourne goal and across the road from the theatre as well as all the restaurants if china town. the hotel has it's own parking garage and if you validate your parking when you leave it's good value, room was a bit small but with separate bathroom, pay tv and Internet acess it was good value, plus a rooftop heated pool, I recommend this hotel to anyone.

"It was very good”

The staff, The bar, The room view

I stayed their for 5 days and overall i enjoyed it. The staff were terrific and always very helpful. There is only 2 complaints and they are the bathroom is tiny and the bed wasnt made for 3 of the 5 days i was there. My friends were in room 302 and its alot bigger room and bathroom and i wish i had that room instead of one on the 11th floor. I would stay in that room in a heatbeat. I would stay at the Rydges Melbourne again if given the same cheap price because the plus's outweigh the minus's.
